Travingo — the operator of this website and its visa-file preparation service.

• Your name.
• Your mobile number.
• Trip details you provide: destination, travellers, approximate date and purpose.

We do not collect dates of birth, email or postal addresses, passport or identity numbers. Documents and images cannot be uploaded in the chat.

We use these details only to contact you about your stated visa request by phone or WhatsApp. We do not use them for unrelated marketing or sell them to third parties.

Your explicit consent when selecting the consent checkbox, under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Contact details are kept for 12 months after submission, then deleted automatically.

• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Request access to or correction of your data.
• Request immediate deletion before the retention period ends.

To exercise these rights, contact us through travingo.co or ask our representative on WhatsApp. No reason is required.

Chat text is kept for 90 days to improve the service, then deleted automatically. Before storage, a filter replaces sensitive numbers—such as passport, identity, residency, bank-card or IBAN numbers—with “[redacted]”, so the raw numbers never enter our database.

When you request contact, we also store a short trip summary—destination, number of travellers, approximate date and purpose—without personal data in that summary.
